Wearing white after labour day

Hey! Soo good to be back and I hope you’re glad to have me …

I’ve been scoping out new locations in my new neighborhood for this long overdue outfit post! Must say, I’ve found a good one with the help of my wonderful husband! Together we’ve taken the streets of Westboro by storm [In my mind]! With the warm looks of strangers walking by, and the [what looked to be] extreme curiosity of a baby boy while hubby took my pictures — I was reminded of what I’d been missing (lol)!

Wearing white after labour day doesn’t seem to send off the same messages as it once did. For the most part, I don’t think anyone considers it literally in terms of fashion etiquette — WHEW! It’s never really bothered me. I’d be lying to say I haven’t given it some thought while pulling out my spotless whites post labour day. But never to the point of ‘NO WEAR’. The key to wearing white after labour day, as I have come to personally conclude, is confidence! If you want to wear white from head to toe (comme ça), make sure to own it and feel comfortable in your look. Also keep in mind that the white after labour day rule means next to nothing today. One of my current favourite outfit choices is a (head to toe) white ensemble. You’ll have to stay tuned!
